TOTCHOS
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 bag corn chips
- 1 jar salsa dip, con queso
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Directions
- Brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Reduce heat to simmer.
- Preheat oven and cook tater tots according to package instructions.
- In a medium saucepan, heat salsa con queso over low heat.
- To assemble totchos, place desired amount of tater tots on a plate and top with beef and bean mixture, salsa con queso, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve with corn chips and enjoy!
