I help families, couples, and multigenerational groups plan unforgettable vacations to Disney destinations and beyond.
Whether it’s your first trip or your tenth, I’ll take care of the details so you can focus on what matters most - time together, shared laughter, and memories that last long after you’ve unpacked.
Get ready for a frightfully fun movie night when you whip up these adorable Mike Wazowski and Sulley Oreo truffles to pair with a viewing of Monsters, Inc. or Monsters University. They’re almost too cute to eat!
MIKE WAZOWSKI AND SULLEY OREO TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup green melting wafers
1 cup blue melting wafers
2 tbsp. Crisco shortening
Large and small candy eyes
Purple sugar sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
Add Oreos to a blender or food processor and pulse until they are crushed into fine crumbs.
Mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with an electric mixer until a dough has formed.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough and shape into 1-inch balls. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill truffles in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. In the meantime, prep the decor for Mike and Sulley.
After the dough has chilled, begin melting the wafers. Place each color in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tbsp. of Crisco and heat 30 seconds a time, until smooth.
Dip the truffles in the melted wafers until they are completely coated. Immediately add one large candy eye on the green truffles (for Mike Wazowski) and two small eyes and a light dusting of purple sprinkles on the blue truffles (for Sulley).
Return the cookie sheet to the refrigerator and let the truffles set for about 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
Planning Disney vacations isn’t just my job - it’s my passion.
I know how truly special these trips are because I’ve experienced the magic myself. From my first glimpse of Cinderella Castle to the joy of watching my kids meet their favorite characters, these are moments I’ll never forget - and they’re my inspiration for helping other families create their own Disney magic.
The best Disney trips aren’t one-size-fits-all. They’re sprinkled with little details that make them yours. That’s where I come in! With expert guidance (and a touch of pixie dust), I’ll make your planning feel easy, exciting, and full of possibility.
