I help families, couples, and multigenerational groups plan unforgettable vacations to Disney destinations and beyond.
Whether it’s your first trip or your tenth, I’ll take care of the details so you can focus on what matters most - time together, shared laughter, and memories that last long after you’ve unpacked.
My kids have loved to help me cook and bake since they were toddlers. They are becoming more independent in the kitchen lately, so I am always on the hunt for recipes that are easy enough for them to handle on their own. Rolo Pretzel Delights, for example, are a tried-and-true favorite that they can make by themselves from start to finish. The recipe is simple and straightforward and it doesn’t require many ingredients. This delicious dessert can also easily be modified to produce a variety of results, which is exactly what my kids decided to do recently. Using regular-sized and miniature M&M’s they added a very sweet Disney twist to this tasty treat!
MICKEY MOUSE PRETZEL DESSERT
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of pretzels (we used Utz Butter Waffles)
1 bag of your favorite Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Candy (we used a combination of Hershey’s Hugs, Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses, and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses with Caramel)
1 bag of M&M’s
1 bag of M&M’s Minis
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Unwrap all of your chocolate and put the unwrapped candies in bowls. Empty your M&M’s and M&M’s Minis in separate bowls as well, and set aside.
Evenly space pretzels on an ungreased baking pan.
Place an unwrapped chocolate candy on the middle of each pretzel.
Bake in the preheated oven until the chocolate has softened, about 4 minutes.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Gently press a regular-sized M&M into the middle of the melting chocolate, and add two M&M’s Minis on either side for Mickey Mouse ears.
Refrigerate the finished Mickey Mouse pretzels until they have cooled and hardened completely, then enjoy!
Planning Disney vacations isn’t just my job - it’s my passion.
I know how truly special these trips are because I’ve experienced the magic myself. From my first glimpse of Cinderella Castle to the joy of watching my kids meet their favorite characters, these are moments I’ll never forget - and they’re my inspiration for helping other families create their own Disney magic.
The best Disney trips aren’t one-size-fits-all. They’re sprinkled with little details that make them yours. That’s where I come in! With expert guidance (and a touch of pixie dust), I’ll make your planning feel easy, exciting, and full of possibility.
